How it works

Three things you can't see from inside your own job book.

You know who calls you. You don't know who never has — or how much work they put out last year, or who's been getting it.

01

Where you actually rank

Your position among every firm in your trade in the city, by jobs won — not a guess, a count.

02

Who you've never worked with

The contractors putting out the most work in your trade that your name has never appeared beside, with the incumbent named.

03

What you're leaving behind

At the accounts you already hold: how many of their jobs went to someone else, and to whom.

What you get

One dashboard. Your market, not a generic feed.

Sampled below from live Chicago electrical data — the same view a subscriber logs into.

Where does this come from?

Official permitting records for the metros we cover, compiled and cross-referenced by us. Nothing is bought from a data broker and nothing is estimated. Every row carries its permit reference so you can confirm any job you act on.

Will it find me a job to bid tomorrow?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Permits are issued after a job is awarded, so this is business development, not bid leads — it tells you which contractors to get in front of, and who you'd be displacing. If you want pre-bid project feeds, that's a different product costing thousands a year.

How is this different from Dodge or ConstructConnect?

They sell projects to bid. We sell the relationship map underneath the market — who builds, who they hire, and where you sit. Different job, a tenth of the price, and nobody else publishes it.

Which cities?

Chicago today, with more in preparation. Coverage depends on how completely a jurisdiction records contractors against each job, and Chicago is the deepest in the country on that measure. Tell us your market and we'll say honestly whether we can serve it well.

How do I cancel?

Reply to any email from us, or cancel from your dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. No notice period, no retention call.
