A Website Health Check is a written review of a single website. We examine the site as any customer, phone or search engine would see it, and send you a report setting out what we found, what each issue is likely costing you, and the order in which to address it.
The fee is $9.99 AUD until 31 August 2026, and $19.99 AUD from 1 September 2026. It is a single payment, not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel. Your report is sent to the email address you supply within 24 hours of payment. If we are unable to meet that, we will tell you and offer a refund.
If we review your site and find nothing of substance worth fixing, we will tell you so and refund the fee in full. You may also request a refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving your report, by emailing us. Refunds are returned to the card used.
This sits alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantee that services are supplied with due care and skill.
A website address and an email address. We do not ask for, and will never require, passwords, logins, hosting or domain registrar access.
The report is information to help you make decisions about your website. Acting on it, or choosing not to, is your decision. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to refunding the fee paid.
The report is yours. Keep it, act on it, or give it to any developer you like.
