What we collect

From you: the website address you want reviewed, and an email address to send the report to.
Through Stripe: your payment is processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. See Stripe's privacy policy.
From public sources: business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites and public listing details, collected from publicly accessible sources to assess digital presence.

What we do with it

We use your website address to carry out the review, and your email address to send the report and to reply if you contact us. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone other than the service providers we need to run the business, such as Stripe for payments and our email provider.

Marketing email

If you received a message from us before becoming a customer, it was sent on the basis that your business contact details were published publicly in connection with your trading, and the message related directly to that business. Every message we send identifies us and carries a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe once and we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, as Australian tax law requires. You can ask us to remove your details from our marketing records at any time and we will do so.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kegonixdata.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
